Orders

How will I receive information about my order once I place it?

We send a confirmation email out containing all of the information about your order. We will also send a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent with your tracking information.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

It takes us between 1 - 7 working days to process your order due to the amount of orders we receive from our awesome customers!

I have only received part of my order?

Don't worry! We ship from multiple locations, your other items will be on their way and should be with you soon :)

Shipping

Do you offer tracked shipping?

All of our shipping is tracked and completely free! The tracking can sometimes be a bit slow so please be patient if it is not showing any details right away.

My item has been shipped. How long will it take to reach me?

On average it takes orders around 5 - 40 days depending on your location. We always use a fast shipping method when possible. Below you will find the expected shipping times according to your location.

USA - 5 - 40 days (average 5 - 15)

Canada - 10 - 40 days

Europe - 20 - 40 days

Australia - 10 - 40 days

All Other Accepted Countries - 20 - 50 days

Please check your order tracking and wait until after these expected shipping times before contacting us about your order.

Refunds & Exchanges

My order is damaged. Can I have a refund?

We try our hardest to ensure that our orders arrive in the best condition possible. We apologise if this is not the case. Please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and we will offer you a refund once we have received a photo of the issue.

My order doesn't fit me properly. Can I exchange it?

Send us a message via our contact form with your order info and we'll get your order swapped!
